You can produce your own hydrogenated water, at home, with a simple device that uses the principle of hydrolysis: a small electric current will separate the H and O atoms of the H2O molecule. Oxygen (O2) is expelled, and hydrogen (H2) is released into the water, producing water charged with H2 gas (hydrogenated water). The process can be immediate, or take from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the model. Some machines also filter the water beforehand.
